UPSDM Project (Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission)
AHT Skills Welfare Society is proudly associated with the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) — a government initiative aimed at empowering the youth with industry-relevant skills and training. As an approved training partner under this mission, we are committed to building a skilled and self-reliant workforce across Uttar Pradesh.
Skill Training Workshops
At AHT Skills Welfare Society, we conduct regular skill development workshops in areas such as tailoring, computer literacy, digital marketing, handicrafts, beauty & wellness, and entrepreneurship. These workshops are designed to provide practical, hands-on knowledge that helps individuals become self-reliant and employment-ready
Awareness Campaigns
We organize various social awareness campaigns related to road safety, women’s rights, child education, health and hygiene, digital awareness, and drug de-addiction. These campaigns help in creating a conscious and informed society.
Community Engagement Programs
We believe in strengthening community bonds through festivals, community clean-up drives, and charity distributions. Our volunteers regularly participate in public outreach activities such as blanket donations, ration kits, and school supply drives for underprivileged children.
Performing Arts & Talent Shows
We encourage creativity and cultural expression through talent shows, musical performances, dance programs, painting contests, and poetry recitals. These platforms give youth a chance to express themselves and build confidence.
Digital Literacy & Online Learning
With the rise of technology, we focus on equipping students and community members with essential digital skills through mobile classes, online webinars, and e-learning resources. These sessions include training on basic computer skills, internet safety, and using digital tools for growth.
